1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, installing, or using our GPS tracking products and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

The Company provides:

  • GPS tracking devices
  • Vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions
  • Device installation services
  • Software and mobile application access
  • Technical support and maintenance services
  • Subscription-based tracking services

Service availability may vary by location, network coverage, and technical conditions.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Use the services only for lawful purposes.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Ensure that all tracked vehicles, assets, or persons are monitored in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Obtain all necessary consents before tracking any individual or vehicle not owned by the Customer.

The Customer is solely responsible for complying with privacy, labor, and data protection laws.

4. Product Purchase and Ownership

  • Ownership of purchased devices transfers to the Customer upon full payment.
  • Subscription services, software, and platform access remain the property of the Company.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend services for unpaid accounts.

5. Subscription and Fees

  • Certain services may require recurring subscription fees.
  • Subscription fees are payable in advance according to the selected plan.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

6. Installation and Maintenance

  • Installation services will be performed by authorized personnel where applicable.
  • The Customer shall provide access to vehicles or equipment for installation and maintenance.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, misuse, accidents, or improper installation by third parties may void warranty coverage.

7. Network and GPS Limitations

The Customer acknowledges that GPS services depend on:

  • Satellite availability
  • Cellular network coverage
  • Internet connectivity
  • Device power supply
  • Environmental and geographical conditions

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free tracking services.

8. Warranty

Device Warranty

  • GPS devices are covered by a warranty period of [12/24] months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Water damage
  • Fire or natural disasters
  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Misuse or negligence

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
  • The Company is not responsible for losses arising from network failures, GPS inaccuracies, service interruptions, theft, accidents, or unauthorized access.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the affected service during the preceding twelve months.

10. Data and Privacy

The collection, storage, and processing of personal and location data are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any required consent from drivers, employees, or other individuals whose location may be monitored.

11. Prohibited Uses

Customers shall not:

  • Use the service for illegal surveillance.
  • Violate privacy rights of any individual.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
  • Use the system for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

The Company may suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, content, documentation, and technology associated with the services remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred except as expressly stated.

13. Service Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Fees remain unpaid.
  • The Customer violates these Terms.
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities.
  • Service misuse threatens security or system integrity.

14. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Telecommunications failures
  • Power outages
  • Internet disruptions
  • War, strikes, or civil disturbances

15. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, officers, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of services
  • Violation of laws
  • Unauthorized tracking activities
  • Breach of these Terms

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws .

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Company’s website and become effective upon publication.
