Refund Policy

1. GPS Device Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7–30 days of the purchase date (choose your preferred period).
  • The GPS device must be:
    • In its original condition
    • Free from physical damage
    • Returned with all accessories, manuals, and packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Refund Eligibility

A full refund may be provided when:

  • The device is defective upon delivery.
  • The wrong product was supplied.
  • The product is returned within the approved return period and meets return conditions.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Devices damaged due to misuse, accidents, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Products returned without original accessories or significant packaging damage.
  • Customized or specially ordered GPS devices (if applicable).

4. GPS Tracking Service Subscriptions

  • Monthly or annual tracking service fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated.
  • If a customer cancels before activation, a full refund may be issued.
  • Any approved refund for prepaid services will be calculated on a prorated basis, if offered by the company.

5. Installation and Service Charges

  • Installation, configuration, and on-site service fees are non-refundable once the work has been completed.
  • If service cannot be delivered due to company fault, customers may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

6. Warranty Claims

  • Defective devices covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced according to the warranty terms.
  • Warranty service does not automatically qualify for a cash refund unless required by applicable law.

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
